Licensed Real Estate Agent
Amy Schottenstein has great enthusiasm for what she does and always gives 110 percent to her clients. She’ll work tirelessly with renters and buyers throughout the home search process to educate them on what’s out there and what each neighborhood has to offer, then to help narrow their options based on their wants and needs.
A New Jersey native, Amy earned a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania before living and raising a family in Ohio for 25-plus years. She came back to New York and set out to do what she wanted to do – help people find apartments and settle in. Whether you are a longtime New Yorker or are moving to the city for the first time, she will dedicate her full attention to making the transaction, and transition, a smooth and satisfying one.
Amy owns her apartment in Manhattan and has owned several residences in Ohio over the years. She understands that where you live is an emotional, as well as financial, investment and strives to find that important balance that suits a client’s budget and lifestyle.
“Matching people to the right location and apartment is a challenge I enjoy and my goal is to facilitate an experience that’s as pleasant and stress-free as possible. I look forward to making you feel ‘at home’ in New York!
